WhatsApp Business API

Confirmations, reminders and support where your customers already are.

What it covers

WhatsApp Cloud API set up and wired into your product: template messages, OTPs, order and payment notifications, support workflows and delivery tracking. Includes the Meta configuration that usually stalls projects.

  • Meta Business and WhatsApp Cloud API setup
  • Template messages: design, submission and approval
  • OTP and transactional notifications
  • Order, booking and payment notifications
  • Inbound message webhooks and support workflows
  • Delivery and read-status tracking, CRM sync

The hard parts, handled.

Anyone can get the happy path working. These are the parts that decide whether it holds up in production.

  1. 01

    Template approval

Templates get rejected for small wording and category mistakes. We write them to Meta's rules and know which category to file them under.

  2. 02

    The 24-hour window

Free-form replies are only allowed inside the customer-service window. Your flows are designed around that rule from the start.

  3. 03

    Status you can trust

sent → delivered → read, stored per message, with failures surfaced so a missed confirmation can fall back to SMS or email.

A transactional message
  1. 1

    Event

    booking.confirmed in your app

  2. 2

    Template

    booking_confirmation_v2 + params

  3. 3

    Cloud API

    POST /messages → wamid

  4. 4

    Status

sent → delivered → read webhooks

  5. 5

    Fallback

    SMS / email if failed

Questions

  • Not necessarily. Meta's Cloud API can be used directly. A BSP makes sense if your team wants their inbox and broadcast tools. We'll help you choose.

  • Business verification and template approval are the slow steps, and Meta sets the pace for those. The integration itself is usually days, not weeks.
