A custom CRM for managing insurance claims end to end: from enquiry and registration through claim approval, legal work and escalations, with separate logins for clients and for staff.

What we built
- A processing workflow that follows the claim: enquiry, registration, MO queries, claim approval, legals and escalations.
- A dashboard with enquiry, live and completed claim counts, each compared with the previous month.
- Escalations tracked by where they're heading: the insurance company, the ombudsman or the consumer forum.
- Separate client and staff logins, role-based views, and a light and dark theme.
- The live application holds client data, so it sits behind a login.

The site is live and in use. We only publish numbers a client has agreed to share, so there are none here yet.
