Payment integration

Checkout that works, and keeps working when the network, the bank or the customer doesn't.

What it covers

Razorpay, Stripe and other gateways, integrated properly: checkout, payment links, subscriptions, webhooks, refunds and the reconciliation your accountant will ask about.

  • Razorpay and Stripe checkout integration
  • Payment links and invoices
  • Subscriptions and recurring payments
  • Webhook handling with signature verification
  • Refunds, partial refunds and payment-status handling
  • Transaction dashboards and reconciliation exports

The hard parts, handled.

Anyone can get the happy path working. These are the parts that decide whether it holds up in production.

  1. 01

The webhook is the source of truth

A browser redirect is not proof of payment. Orders are confirmed only when the signed server-side event arrives, and every handler is idempotent.

  2. 02

    The unhappy paths

Closed tabs mid-payment, duplicate events, late captures, failed UPI collects. We test each one deliberately before launch.

  3. 03

    Test mode to live, safely

Separate keys, separate webhooks, a checklist for going live, and a monitored first week.

What happens when someone pays

    payment.captured, signature verified

  4. 4

    Write

    Order marked paid, idempotently

  5. 5

    Notify

    Receipt + WhatsApp confirmation

Questions

  • For businesses selling mainly in India, Razorpay usually wins on UPI and local methods. For international SaaS, Stripe. Some businesses need both, and we've designed for that.

  • Yes. The usual cause is trusting the client-side callback instead of webhooks. We audit, fix and backfill.
