The experience
- An 'I need…' enquiry slip in the hero: see a doctor, a department, a test, insurance help, or emergency now.
- Emergency and insurance-desk numbers always visible at the top.
- Who is in OPD today, diagnostics in the same building, and cashless treatment explained before admission.
